Yes Sarah! My 11yo school uses the Chromebook and now is entering 6th grade, they are required to have one. I got the newer model with 4GB memory, 32GB hard drive. I just got a cancellation notice for Failed Authorization which is not true. They took the money out and then refunded it. Now the Chromebook is priced at 179. Did this happen to anyone else? I will contact customer service.

Sadly, they would not help me out. They said that for whatever reason my card declined the purchase (although it seems like the bank would have contacted me???And not taken the money out and be in the process of refunding the funds right now?) and they just won’t help me out because the ad changed today. 🙁 I even asked to speak to the supervisor and was extremely kind and patient with the hold time and the C.S. rep that treated me like I was mentally unable to understand her. Oh well! These deals do pop up from time to time! I am typing on a $109. Chromebook that I bought 3 years ago right now. 😉
