When I first looked at this post I thought the knives and mats looked very familiar. They look like a knife/mat combo set that Collin posted a couple of years ago sold at Sams Club. I think they were like $10-$15 shipped and they were “Emeril Lagasse” branded.
If these are the same mats, they are great. I love to cook and bake and I still have the entire set. My favorite aspect of the mats is that they have a non-slip surface on the back.
