I love my Neato! I have a Samsung and the Roomba and the Neato is favorite. I have a little OCD and just watching the Roomba not have a pattern kinda puts me on edge. The Neato scans the room, maps out a pattern, and cleans the whole room in said pattern. I feel the Neato will get every speck of dirt dust and dog hair. Hope that helps someone. We owned 2 Roombas in the past and switched to Neato. It is way better than Roomba in terms of cleaning and performance. Plus it sends you a map of where it cleaned and how long it took. Roomba just goes around and you’ll never know if it miss a spot or not.
I love our Neoto! We are a couple (empty nesters) who are both neat freaks who have a dog that sheds, live in the country on a lot with 65+ trees, have a mixture of hardwood and vinyl and run ours on schedule daily, and I’m amazed at the amount of dirt and dog hair that it picks up every day! It is well worth the splurge! We had it highly recommended to us by three couples 2 years prior to our purchase before I finally allowed myself to splurge. I would purchase again in a heartbeat!

Thanks! We’ve been looking for a bit and went ahead and did the annual online membership for $10, as it still had a big savings compared with the other prices. So it was $214.99 and we’ll have the online membership for a year.

I have an older Neato, and it stopped working. It may be the batter, but I hate to pay $35 for a new battery, and that not be the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Give Neato a call. I had issues with my beloved “Rosie” (she’s a D85 I believe) and they replaced the battery even though I was a couple months outside of the warranty. They will talk you through troubleshooting and pin down the issue.
