How do I show proof of membership?
They usually just key in your phone number.
Hi Shay! I just spoke with customer service and they confirmed that you can give the cashier your Pals Membership account number Or the phone number associated with your account when at checkout. Hope that helps!
I just give them my phone number. You should have a little card that they give you when you sign up.
I have never purchased from them. But, I jut created an account in their site, which doesnot show rewards#. I dont have that little card also. Can I use my phone number?
I worked at Petco last summer and we had discontinued the little cards. It was phone number only. So yes, they should be able to look you up by phone number.
I just reread your comment and see you do not have a rewards # either online. I am not entirely sure about the situation, in that case. Try logging in here: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/pals-rewards. If it lets you log in there, you should have a Rewards account. If not, you can sign up there.

Hi I just came from Petco & told them link is not opening to coupon and showed it to them and they said no worries they had the coupon to scan. As long as you bring it up they will honor it until 8/31. I’m in NC.
