how are these healthy? almost 100 calories per ounce, over 75% of calories come from fat, and for 2 ounce serving is NINETEEN grams of sugar!! that is so high!
this is a TREAT, not a health food. it is purely for an indulgence.
it is OKAY to have treats, i am not judging anyone, but don’t call high-fat, high-sugar, high-calorie foods “healthy sweets.”
Under the nutritional info for this cookie on the website it says the following: “19g sugar? It’s not what you think…18g of those sugars are Allulose, the sugar-free sugar. It has virtually no calories or glycemic impact and tastes amazing!” Something to look into at least.
it’s supposed to be healthier than regular cookies. a step up if you want a cookie. no gluten and i didn’t see any dairy, but it does contain egg whites.
Has anyone tried these? Any feedback? I’ve been doing Keto for a while now and this look like they’d be a good alternative if they’re good!
I’ve been keto over a year now and lost over 100 pounds. I’ve had them and they are actually my favorite ones they make. However they just came out with peanut butter, and I haven’t tried that yet!

I just got an email from them today with subject line: Confirmation for Your Free KNOW Better Cookie.
You need to click thru to the link in the email and resubmit your shipping address due to the large volume of requests they received.
I requested this awhile ago when it was posted and I’ve never received anything but a bunch of spam.
I signed up the same day it was posted and received their email to confirm address. I never received cookie but do get emails several times a week so sent them to spam.
