Thanks! 90 days is perfect for completing 3 of their 30 day challenges. Voucher expires Dec 5th which gives the option of enjoying yoga leading up to winter break.
Or you could wait to activate until mid November, so that you can do yoga throughout the two upcoming major food feasting holidays so you feel less guilty about all that food you ate lol

Yoga means to yoke to the Hindu god Brahman to reach spiritual enlightenment and you offer your body as a living sacrifice. It’s meant as a religion not exercise. That’s why Yoga instructors tell you to push beyond the pain and every other sport and exercise tells you to stop if you feel pain.

There are a number of yoga studios that have such a toxic environment, which has very unfortunate. Their focus is yogi training only, without any of the certified group fitness knowledge. In my community, the yoga classes offered at the fitness center are strictly group exercise based with very light to none of the Sanskrit jargon.
The instructors are group fitness certified, modifications are always displayed/encouraged and the participants are always reminded to know their limit (and never exceed it) and stop if in any pain. Class structure is always the simple basic yoga with variation based on either upper body, lower body or core strengthening. They have never included any of that crazy acrobatic stuff…not even a handstand/headstand.
