Yes!! It happens to me on a regular basis. Also the app can run really slow.
Yes Hip2save app is very slow it takes me forever to load a page.. in this busy schedule of my life I’m not able to look into all posts because my life is soo bzy don’t have enough time to just wait for any single page to load.

When i check Kohl’s website non of these items were available except (Lip eye and face pallet) and that was for $7:50
