I love my Big Boss! I cook bacon, spare ribs, chicken, pork chops ~ I add a couple slices of bread to the bottom of the glass bowl to absorb the grease – helps with clean ups!
I have this one & love it. It really crisps everything up & holds a lot. I keep a round silicone tart pan on the bottom to catch crumbs, drippings or grease. All you have to do then is put it all in dishwasher. Even the big glass bowl can fit in the dishwasher if needed. Of course, the top doesn’t go in though but it’s very easy to use & clean. I had a very old one of a different brand before this one that was from the 80s, lol. After that one kicked the bucket, I found this one that was very similar to it. Works great!
I have this fryer. It is all glass with steel trays. I have been very happy with the product. No issues yet after a year of use. Mainly used for frying chicken and shrimp.
I have this fryer…have had it for several years. It works great, but takes up LOTS of space so I don’t use it as much as I could. 😉
