    How long does it take for everyone to get the email after redeeming on the website? I NEVER get the emails and always have to call or email & wait forever to resolve the problem & finally get the code.

      Hi!
      Did you get an email “Experience more with Coca-Cola”? If you did, then the code & URL is in the black box after the picture and the words: “Here’s something refreshing”. You might not notice it (because I didn’t at first) but if you are using a computer and you look at the black box while standing you’ll see the URL and Code. Hope this help you.

      I always have to call too and shows up in a few days after that. I get everything else from them but not my rewards, but i will make the phone call to collect 🙂

        Mary, I’m also having a lot of trouble with Coke. I was able to enter codes last week for the gift card but ever since then, I can’t even click on ‘sign in’ to access the account. I wrote to them, called … no use. The last person told me to change my browser and said you can get help doing so from a family member. What?????? They’re not customer friendly, that’s for sure. I asked to have the reward e-mailed but no. It expired yesterday but they don’t care. Also list other rewards due to similar problems — it was the ANC promotion. Aggravating 😡

      mine was in there within a few minutes. Put target in search box. Might be in spam.

    It’s not showing up in the app I have a reward. It’s annoying, why have the app. Half the time you have to be on the website.
