How odd, as that link still loads up for me as I click through. Did it add to your cart when trying to grab one of the deal ideas listed above?

  2. Julie Fuhrer

I was told the bonus item is out of stock.

    • Gail

Well that is not good. I won’t order

    • Liza (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Julie! I was just able to add all the items to my cart, including the bonus gift and all the samples, and head through checkout. Maybe try again, if they were out of stock earlier?

I just purchased the Pink Color Collection and the Travel Radiant Vitality and scored 5 samples including the 7 piece gift set.

Gone in a flash………………………makes you wonder how many they had in stock?

    • Liza (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! I’m still finding all the items listed in the post available and in-stock, including the bonus gifts and samples. Hope that helps!

I love how they call the free gift a $165 value. It looks more like a bunch of sample sizes to me that I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for. Maybe I am alone in feeling this way but I can’t bring myself to spend any money on make up or beauty products. I hope my teenage daughter follows suite. So many better causes our money can be going towards.

That sounds like a negative personal opinion not needed here. As many other people, that enjoy more quality products, will disagree with you. Please keep this a happy place where a variety of deals can be posted to suite everyone. thank you.

Didn’t mean to be a debbie downer. Sometimes I feel like the marketing departments (especially in the high end make up industry) put absorbent retail prices on their products just to make unsuspecting customers feel like they are getting a “deal.” In reality, they just need creative ways to convince you to spend another $40 on more make up you really don’t need. The hook here is “Final cost $38.25 shipped for $220 worth of products plus three samples!” Most may see a huge savings while I just see spending $40 on what will probably end up overcrowding your vanity. If you are wealthy and have the money to spare, then by all means spend away. But for those of you who may be a bit impulsive and are charging this to a credit card that you may have trouble paying off in a month, please think twice before jumping on these “make-up deals/” Macy’s marketing 0 Conscience shopper 1

I respect your viewpoint of only buying what you need, but I also am trying to teach my daughter that quality matters. I don’t want her spending money on things just because they are inexpensive. So, as a gift in which she can try out some good quality beauty products, this is a fun deal. Also, I think most people on this site are pretty savvy shoppers. They buy what is the best deal for them. It doesn’t have to be the same for you.

People can spend their $ on whatever they want, whether you approve or not.

Live and let live. That’s what I’m teaching my kids.

Kristina, Funny you said that………… I thought about all the makeup I already have. I thought about how much time I spend picking out right colors. The colors in this set may or may not suit me. After second thought, I with you. I’ll pass on this too. I am going through my coupons now.
