The prices were much lower last night! I bought the larger case (the Vintage on the Go Girl) in purple…it was on sale for $12 instead of $19, and w/ 6SAVEBIG it came down to about $10! Free pickup in store near me 🙂 It’s $20 at Ulta so I got it for basically half off!

I forget what happened to the one I had in HS. But I got an unused one at a garage sale last year for $0.50. I just started using this week when I organized my unopened makeup.

I think some of them have a shallow removable tray inside and some have trays that rotate out to the side so you can access items on the bottom. They are kind of like a tackle box or a tool box.

These are always between $13 to $16 on amazon, I love the purple one I got recently:) I wish they were as strong and sturdy as the original ones though.

I didn’t grow up in the 80s lol, but I have had one for about 20 years. It has all my hairbrushes and ponytail holders/headbands in it 🙂
Mine is a deep purple with sparkles on it.
