Amazon has wedding gowns online for a great price. I’ve seen beautiful ones on there in the $50 range. I’m not sure where you live but there is a program in Southeastern Michigan that offers free gowns that were donated.
Here’s another idea for you…go to your dry cleaners and see what they have. Believe it or not, brides often bring in their gowns for cleaning and then forget to pick them up! (This happens with prom dresses and other items, too.) After a certain period of time the cleaners offer them for sale to recoup the cost of the cleaning. I’ve seen several gorgeous gowns when I have been in my local cleaners.
