@Chloe, that’s why you have to purchase 4 items so that the total with the 40% off is equal to or more than $12. In both scenarios the total is more than $13 before coupons.
I did have trouble using coupons with pencils last time. Mascara should work better
I had issues with coupons and eye shadow pallet. It kept saying no match found although picture is clearly showing the match. Cashier pushed it through though. I ended up buying 4 and got it all free after rewards.
I had the same issue with the mascara. My cashier asked her manager and was told if it doesn’t scan they don’t take it so I was not able to complete the deal

Coupons worked at walmart…why not at the other stores?
I also wasn’t able to use my wellness points because 1) the coupons didn’t work on the mascras 2)the computer system asked if I wanted to use my points and once I hit yes and the cashier rang up th items, the total was deducted with my points prior to the cashier punching in the coupons manually! So I wasn’t able to use any points… guessing this will happen every time I purchase something with coupons and the total end up less than the coupon value because my points apply first..this sucks
This is the cashiers fault. This normally happened when they don’t know how to deal with coupons. Next time ask for a manager. HTH
