Kids Create FREE Scarecrow or Haunted House at JCPenney on October 13th
On October 13th, head to JCPenney from 11AM to Noon where kiddos will be able to make a Free Scarecrow or Haunted House! Plus, there’s no need to bring anything as all materials are provided!
Kids will also receive a free pin once they complete their project and parents will receive a 10% off coupon valid for October 13th only. You can use this coupon with other discounts to save even more!
