Screenings are valued at $150 and options include:
- Blood pressure
- Body fat percentage
- Blood glucose
- Total cholesterol
- HDL—good cholesterol
- Risk ratio
- Vision & hearing screening/testing (may vary by location)
Note that this offer is for ages 18+ and is available at any Sam’s Club with a pharmacy. Limited spots are available.

Anyone done this before? Im just wondering how the lines will be. We need to do this but are self insured so this could save us some $ but we also are supposed to do these tests fasting so i dont want to pass out waiting!
We’ve never had to wait long at all. But my Sam’s club is not a very busy one. It probably varies a great deal by location.
Not all services are free..  (Total, HDL, LDL and Triglycerides)—$15 for Plus Members or $19 for Club Members.
Hi,Cboo! That $15 charge is listed under the Everyday Screenings. It looks like the cholesterol screens are all included free with the quarterly screenings.
Will they accept insurance for the fees? Our labs are usually covered and we dont pay
I’m not sure how that works. For example, my insurance cover those things from preferred labs on the plan. I would think you need to look up your plan and see if they are included.
Saturday quarter screenings are free, but if you want it other time then there is a fee
