I have a kohls charge and this not getting free shipping because the promo code doesn’t work is making me so mad. I spend so much money on kohls.com. I want to buy something and I will not pay shipping. I will just not order anything.

Shipping is always free if you order in there store. I have done that if there is something I want and its not in my store.
I think they are trying to get us customers to come in to pick up our orders cause for some reason the free shipping code is not working.
It might be a good idea to skip the shipping and pick them up in store if possible. I ordered stud earrings in the past from Kohl’s and had them shipped. They arrived in a non-padded envelope and the posts were badly bent, to the point of not being wearable. When I returned them in store, I asked about why they were not boxed for shipping. The woman in returns said it was Kohl’s policy to ship them exactly as they appear in store. So if they are sold in boxes, that’s how you will get them shipped. If they are sold on a card hanging on a rack, that’s how you will get them. Based on that, I would do store pick-up, if it’s not a hardship.
I had to re-enter the free shipping code at the final page before submitting the order and then it worked. Maybe it was a glitch, but wanted to pass that helpful hint onto others that might be frustrated.

Sometimes I can sit outside Kohls in the parking lot, connect to their wifi and be able to place my order with the free shipping. It is convenient for me since my store is only 15 mins away and don’t have to get out of my car and go to the kiosk inside the store. Considering I already have the order ready in my cart, it doesn’t take long. Something to consider, esp if you have kids/other people with you.
