I tried to apply the MVC free shipping code and it wouldn’t apply. under the code it said
“The offer with restrictions can’t be applied. There was no profile information provided, so it is not possible to check if profile satisfies the offer restrictions.”
I’ve never had a problem applying these MVC shipping codes before. Anyone else have this problem?
I had that problem. They told me to place the order then go to customer service chat and the shipping would be refunded within 7 days 😑
