i am so bummed these have to be activated in FL — we won’t be there until fall 2019 – but are near enough to the ATL that this seemed good. 🙁
So you would be in Florida for your awesomer pass to nearly expire if you only come in fall of 2019. The awesomer pass is a year pass you are just as good buying the day passes when you arrive 🙂
But she is saying she is near Atlanta, which is also listed as free for the year. So it would be a good buy for her to go to the Discovery center in Atlanta for the year through these passes. But she couldn’t activate it in Florida until fall 2019. If it could be activated in ATL, it would be perfect for her. 🙂
iamkris10, they usually do another deal around Memorial Day for $99 Awesomer passes (they’ve had it the past 2 years at least). Those might work better for your family.

We plan to go there after the 60 days passes, does anyone know if that means the 1-year starts from today since we can’t get there within 60 days or can we not purchase them? I couldn’t find a phone number to call to ask.

Yes Laura! We had passes last year and a family member from out of state got them as well, but was unable to activate within the 60 days. So they were still able to use them, but they expired a year from the date of purchase. We activated ours within the 60 day window and ours were good a year from the day we activated them. Hope that helps.

I’m not seeing where it’s indicated that passes must be activated in person at legoland within 60 days. Where is that information printed?
Hi there! I find that listed in the details when clicking through to the “Terms and Conditions”, at the bottom of the sale listing.
Hope this helps! Here are the terms when you buy the tickets:
Voucher must be redeemed at LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Present this temporary voucher at the park within 60 days of purchase to have your live photo pass ID made. Proceed directly to the turnstiles. Then go to the Annual Pass Center with voucher and photo ID. This must be done on the first visit so we can take your photograph and process your pass. Voucher will not be valid after this initial visit. 12 month pass term begins the day your live pass is issued, only if processed with in the 60 days. If not activated within that time, the pass term will start from date of original purchase.

Events are included. There is no separate charge for Brick of Treat or the Christmas events.

Not super helpful for people who want to use this as a Christmas present for her 4 kids :/ 60 days from now takes us to Dec 15ish…

I confirmed. I ordered and it says 12 months from purchase date if not redeemed in 60 days. if redeemed in 60 12 months starts on date of redemption.
Do you have to be a Florida resident or just activate in Florida within 2 months of purchase? Isn’t this the same price as a daily pass but for the year?
I would double check the fine print but often these sales are for all. It is an amazing deal for sure.
I got this deal the last time it posted. I am not a Florida resident but we went over the summer and our plan is to hit it again before they expire. It is $20 to park so you are saving that right up front. We also did madame tusseauds and the sea life aquarium and the kids loved it. I’m not sure I would have paid for those two things (would have been about $35 per person to do both) but with this pass the kids got to experience something cool we probably wouldn’t have done otherwise. You also get 10% off purchased at LEGO land. It was a SUPER GREAT DEAL!! If anyone is on the fence about it 🙂
Is Legoland worth going if your kids are older? I have a 13 yr old that has been wanting to go, but my sons are 18 and 22. I know they’d probably like the water park, just not sure about the theme park.
The rides are sized smaller for kids, that is my only complaint. Love the water park though!!!!

Super excited I have been thinking about getting day passes for the family and bought this annual pass instead! Purchased 4 annual passes and will get great use out of them because it is less than two hours from my house!
Can we purchase this if we currently have annual passes? Our passes expire next month and we would activate these in December the next time we visit.
