I use mine almost daily and it does sit on my kitchen island. It is kinda big and bulky sitting there but I really don’t have a choice! You can do sooooo much in a little amount of time. Yesterday, I had forgotten to take out a chicken breast to fix my hubby for lunch to take to work, and I was able to put in the cooker FROZEN and it cooked in less than 20 minutes. I did baked potatoes the other day and didn’t have to heat up my oven & house for an hour! It really is a time saver.
I bought the 8-quart a month ago. Having never used a pressure cooker I was a little nervous…but I LOVE it! So many features, so easy to use!
