I can’t get either free shipping codes to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Or anyone have any advice?

Hi Rachel! Are you logged in as a cardholder? If so and it’s still not working it may just not be available in your market.
Rachel, the shipping issue is a very common problem this time around. I’m very frustrated with Kohl’s over it. Although I think that Kohl’s has a right to run their business however they choose and none of us are entitled to free shipping, I feel like the way they have handled this and the lack of communication is very disrespectful to their customers.
I’m probably going to be shopping at Kohl’s a lot less if they continue the free shipping only for select markets. I am wanting to buy a couple pairs of the Converse and another item, but it still doesn’t qualify me for free shipping unless I add more 🙁
