I order my card pretty early, but not usually October early! YIKES!

    • riss

I ordered our Christmas cards when Tinyprints had a free 10 cards and free shipping last month! 😀I just used pictures from this year.

  2. Kathryn

I wonder if this could be done with Halloween or Thanksgiving cards? I know grandparents would love a card of their grandkids for Thanksgiving. Definitely not ready to order Christmas cards though.

  3. Lee

I already addressed my Christmas cards :-/ Made it a gloomy summer day activity since I always forget and never actually get them out.

    • Dealzgurl

Good for you! I wish I were that organized. I’ve forgotten so many times but the last couple of years, I’ve done really well.

  4. Su

The question is, do I jump on this deal or hold out for completely free ones like I’ve gotten in past years? 🙂

    • Bunny

Hi Su, it probably depends on how many cards you generally send out every year. If you mail a ton of cards, maybe it’s worth waiting for a deal like from Costco.

    • Laura

Last year it seemed that the free shipping deals were paired with a $25 off at Shutterfly and not the 10 free cards as in past years. I generally collect cards 10 at a time with these deals as I need around 45 or so (like to keep one for each of the kids for their scrapbooks). I have 30 already and this will bring me up to 40. I think I will just go for it now to be on the safe side.

said it had been used. but thanks!

What is everyone’s best price per card from Shutterfly? I like to hold out until I can get them for like .50/.60 cents each (I factor in the crazy Shutterfly shipping charges). 10 cards only on an order would be like .72 cents for me today. Not sure if it’s worth it. I did already order a couple batches with a $25 promo that I had…

    • Su

I’m curious too. I usually hold out for the completely free with shipping deals, but I’ll probably need 20-25 cards total.

    • Localchik

For the past years I have done this deal. What I do is create the card and save it…I only add 1 to the cart. I create a copy of the card with a dif name (ex. Card2) and add 1 to the cart…do this until I have 4 cards…on check out I enter the code and shipping will only be $1. Submit the order…then go back and repeat with 4 additional cards…pay $1 shipping…then repeat with just 2 cards which will also be $1 shipping. Total shipping $3 for 10 cards. The promo code saves your account until you redeem all 10 cards. Hope this still works this yr!

      • LB

That sounds like a lot of work, but doable and worth it. I will try next year or for Valentine’s cards 🙂

        • mamasweetpea08

another alternative is to get it done at Costco or Sams if you have a membership. At costco, it’s $14 for 50 and sometimes they’ll put out a limited time coupon. sams holiday cards start at 35 cents a card (min 30)

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, are you having issues with the hip2save app? If so, be sure to check the app store for the most recent update OR delete and then reinstall. Hoping that helps!

  9. Seraphina

I also received a Tiny Prints email for $30 credit to use on holiday cards and more. Check your emails!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

SWEET! Thanks, Seraphina! What an awesome offer!

    • riss

I got that email, too! The order has to be $30 or more before taxes and shipping.

  10. Lacey

Living Social has their Staples holiday card deal. It’s my favorite! I look for it every year. 68%-71% off (depending on how many cards you buy). Envelopes included. Buy now and use before 02-02-19 (so there’s no rush to find a card picture before Halloween!!)
Not free like this, but with instore pickup there’s no shipping charge! 🙂
Plus a bit more off with Ebates/TopCashBack.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Awesome deal, Lacey! Thanks for sharing with us!

  11. katrina

Great! Thanks! I’ve not got our photo done yet but am just making generic christmas cards from our family as I’m sure I’ll be able to use them too as not everyone I want to give one to needs a family photo on it!
