Nope. This one doesn’t qualify for free shipping and shipping is $20! You can get it cheaper on Amazon or Walmart with that crazy shipping charge.

Emily, you should be able to go in and cancel your first order. In your confirmation email click check order status then click view/modify right above that order. Mine has a cancel item link that appears.

While I loved loved loved my convertible Dionos, I did not like this booster. I feel like the shoulder belt sits weird on my kids shoulder. My favorite booster is the Graco Affix.
