This play set has a twist ‘n ride tube slide, grand wave slide and the clubhouse that features a telescope and turning steering wheel. It has a large upper and lower clubhouse, cafe table with movable bench, dual rock wall and ladder.
We purchased this exact set at costco a few years ago for $1,000. Great quality and decent deal.

Yes, you would have to assemble!
it takes several days, and is easier with multiple adults. (some steps will require at least 2 grown people.) it is hard work.
