Thank you for posting this deal! I’ve heard Magna-tiles are the best brand to get. They are much more expensive than the others… does anyone know if they ever go on major sale?
I have never seen them more than 10-15% off. I’ve been watching them for a long time.
I have found magna tiles twice in the target toy clearance for 50% off. They are usually a special type of magna tile. A few years ago they were solid colored magna tiles (could not see thru them) and this past end of summer clearance I found a package of glow in the dark. The only other decent deal is sometimes they are included in Barnes & Noble sale of buy one toy get one 50% off and sometimes there will be a 15-20% off coupon that can be used with it.
I can’t believe they charge as much as they do for full price. It’s crazy, isn’t it?
I bought Magformers for my daughter a few years ago as her first set. They were okay but as she got older she didn’t play with the, as much. So I’ve been buying Mag Genius. I have found them to be great! I’m adding to our collection this Christmas.

I’ve bought knock off versions from amazon 3 times…two out of thrre were exactly the same (or more sturdy). I returned a pack of unopened magnatiles brand from kohls since the amazon ones were so good! I even have gifted the knock off ones..
Unfortunately one last set I bought didn’t meet my expectations from amazon, so I returned it.
We buy the discovery kids brand magnatiles and they have held up for 3 years now.
