This may sound odd, but I got one that looks just like one of these a couple years ago at dollar tree for our patio doors. It doesnt tell the temperature or work with Google or anything like that. But it does the job fine and is pretty loud. I wasn’t really looking for it but saw it and grabbed it because it was only a dollar. Just a heads up if you want a cheap one with no app features or anything!! 🙂
