Yep! I use mine for freezing *everything* and for sous vide. If you have a Kroger with a housewares department nearby, keep an eye on them there. They are always clearancing them out. I got a high end one for $20 after markdown and coupon.
We freeze meat. Difference between using this and freezer paper? And how about keeping cheese longer in the fridge?
I keep opening the cheese taking what I want and resealing it until it’s gone.
Meats can stay for months with never any ice crystals.
You can do the same with dry goods except don’t vacuum just seal.
I see some good deals at Kohls right now. I know in the past on Veterans Day, Kohls has had (I believe!) 30% off with card plus $10 off $25 and you could earn $10 Kohls cash for every $50 you spend. However, I am now trying to figure out when the best Kohls deals will be and the best time to buy. Obviously Black Friday has some great deals, but I don’t know what the extra promo codes will be besides the $15 Kohls cash for every $50 spent. Any one have any insight on when is the best time to buy between now and Black Friday sales? Is the sale going on now going to be the same sale as offered on veterans day?
