Just wanted to let you and readers know about an experience our family had with Vtech.
We purchased the baby monitor from Target’s 2017 Black Friday sale last year that was also highlighted on Hip2Save. At the time the reviews on the monitor were decent so we went ahead and purchased the monitor for our child that was to be born in January.
We just recently started using the monitor when our child started sleeping in their own room and after a few months of use the monitor broke. I looked up reviews on the monitor again and they were horrible. A lot of other people had experienced similar issues. I called customer service this morning and because it had been purchased within a year it was under warranty for the specific problem we were having and the company is sending us a brand new upgraded baby monitor. No hassle at all! I just had to provide my address and they are sending a new monitor this week!
Just thought I would share this in case other parents had similar issues with the monitor they purchased around this time last year. We were so impressed with the customer service and how the situation was handled! Hope this helps!
