Don’t the jars often arrive smashed or broken?
I’ve ordered the Woodwick on several occasions and they were packaged securely and arrived unbroken.
I ordered 6 jar ones last year and they came packaged in a huge box with nothing wrapped around them. I opened a box full of glass but i called my Kohl’s and they had me bring them in and exchange them for unbroken ones. This year I will do in store pick up lol.
Mine always come completely broken!

I bought last year during one of the amazing deals posted. I was so excited to get these for some gifts and my home.
They came completely smashed, with glass falling all over my rug as soon as I opened the box. The second box I received had shattered glass stuck to the packing tape before I even opened it.
And customer service was terrible. I wasnât able to bring the candles back to the store (and wouldnât even if I could because that wouldnât be fair or safe to the employees). They wouldnât even provide me with a full refund until I had to go through the BBB.
Unless theyâve seriously stepped up their packing game since then, Iâd avoid buying candles from them online at all costs.

I just received a large order from Kohlâs. It was all clothing. They used plastic bubble wrap to fill the gaps in large box. Not sure what this means for candle orders.
I ordered 3candles recently from kohls with all nicely wrapped in bubble wrap.
