    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I agree!! Such a HOT price for holiday cards!

  2. brenda

our staples just went out of business ;(

  3. Carol

Anyone know about the quality? Trying to decide to do these or Sam’s deal. Anyone know if Sam’s are matte or glossy?

    • Becky

Ours have always been very nice. It’s a thick card stock type of paper.

    • Sarah C

Great quality! Thick card stock. Not photo paper.

      • Amanda

Is it shiny like photo paper? I just worry 😂 I always love my Shutterfly cardstock but I’m not loving that price this year.

        • Katie

No, not photo paper –it is cardstock. The cards are okay. Not nearly as nice as those from Shutterfly, though.

  4. Lexie Cook

There’s a 4% cash back with Ibotta too. I got these cards last year and was very pleased. Can’t beat that price!

  5. Suzanne

Is this available at all Staples locations? The Groupon website says 17 locations – all in PA.

    • Jennifer (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Suzanne! This is a national deal. 🙂

      • Suzanne

        Thank you!!

  6. Json

I had a great experience last year through Groupon.

Can anyone who has done this tell me what the back of the single-sided flat card looks like? Is it blank? Does it have a staples logo or any writing on it? Thanks!

    • Tara Hageman

Mine is completely blank. No logo…nothing.

    • Laura

Depending on the card you choose, some have matching prints to the front. Some you can also add pictures to the back of the card.

  8. Jess

Oh yay!!! I was looking for a deal. Hopefully they have cute designs

    • Jennifer (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yay! Glad this works for you, Jess!

  9. Heather K.

I did this last year and I thought the quality was okay, but nowhere near Shutterfly or Tiny Prints. Especially if you plan to use any text. Can’t beat the price though!

    • Laura

We have done this deal the past 2 years and I agree with you on the quality and price!

  10. Jessica

I did this last year and LOVED my cards! I wonder if people would notice if I did the same design again this year?! 😀 The quality of the cards is beautiful and I received so many compliments on them!

    • Jennifer (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Oh! That sounds really nice!

Last year I purchased a groupon and I sent the cards to print at my local store. Thankfully I only had them print one before I got there so I could check the quality. Thankfully I did this, because the quality in-store was bad, like terrible. Looked grainy and as if I had tried to print them myself at home (or worse). After inquiring further, I was informed that stores all have the same quality printers and likely if I sent them to another store, they wouldn’t be much better. I found out that the actual online Staples printing sites have much higher quality machines. For me, it was ABSOLUTELY worth paying shipping to get a decent quality card. I was very pleased and plan on doing the same this year (having them shipped to me to get the higher quality print job).

    • Gwen

That’s really good to know- thanks for sharing. Have any others noticed the same quality difference?

      • Katie

Yes. Quality on my end wasn’t awful – but if you are used to higher end cards, you will notice that the pictures are grainy and print/wording isn’t as crisp looking.

  12. Kalynn

I ordered from Staples for 2-3 years and while I loved getting an amazing deal, I was always disappointed in the quality. My pictures always looked so dark! Last year I decided to try something different and I ordered from Amazon when their cards were 60% off (my old emails tell me it was Dec 4). I got 75 5×7 cards and envelopes with my return address printed on the back for $22.50. I am hoping to get to do the same thing again this year!

  13. Gina

We have purchased these cards at our local Staples the last few years and they have turned out beautiful! This is such a great deal!! I have also used this deal for baby and bridal showers, since you can upload your own design (it doesn’t have to be a Holiday design if you create your own graphics..and download..

  14. Jenny

What’s the lowest that holiday cards will go? I can wait some time.

  15. Cami

I need to order some save the dates for our wedding. Would you say the quality for these is good enough? I know some of the reviews don’t think the print comes out great so I don’t want that to ruin them. Seems like a great price otherwise. Thanks in advance !

  16. Jenny

Hi what’s the lowest that holiday cards will go?

  17. Heidi

I did this, and they look amazing! So many options for the cards. I wish I had seen this sooner, I would have purchased ALL of my cards from here this year.
