My daughter just received about 20 retro My Little Ponies from grandma and grandpa… mine from my childhood. I love watching her play with them!
I just got out my ponies from when I was a little girl for my daughter, and the big castle. This is one of those times I am so glad my mom kept everything! 🙂
I turned 40 this year too! My 9 year old daughter plays with my old yellow Skydancer pony. It is still in great condition with very pretty horse features. It says 83 and Italy on the bottom of the feet.
My daughter is 14 and still plays with these. I never had these, maybe they came after my time? But she still loves them and I will never part with them.
Now I see they WERE around my time, 1983. I guess my mom just never thought I would like them or something. hah, I guess I missed out. Gonna grab these for my daughter 🙂
