My ordered got cancelled also without using the $10 off code. It also took my savings catcher balance down to $0. Gift card was $28.00. What the heck
Same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 (without using the $10 code) and used my savings catcher. My order was immediately cancelled. I got an email saying I had been refunded. When I check my savings catcher balance on my PC it is accurate but the app is showing that the money is gone. I am hoping the balance on the app will update eventually. Annoying! Found the same deal on Best Buy’s website if anyone is interested.
Argued with them after a canceled order. Said that this is considered a gift card and the promo is not valid on gift cards FYI.
