No luck. They wouldn’t apply the credit. Said I had to have a special email for that offer and if I don’t have that email from them, then I don’t get it. I’m shocked bc they usually have such good customer service.
Thanks for the update. I got placed on hold, then disconnected and connected to someone else. Then was told that the promotional department will contact me in 2 days. Seems like they just didn’t know how to handle the situation. Did you at least get refunded for your subscription?

I don’t know much at all about these but almost bought the TSV on QVC yesterday which were 2 Echo’s for $99.99 but changed my mind. Anyway the guy talking about it said there was NO fees to play music on demand. So why would we have to pay to listen on one of the echo dots?
You’re not paying to listen to the music through the echo dot, you just hook that up to wifi and you can stream music. The price is for the music subscription. Hope that helps.
We have an echo dot and Amazon prime already. A lot of music is free, but there are some songs the artists make only make available if you pay for them. That’s where music unlimited comes in.

I got my email but i cant seem to get the credit! I dont know what to do can someone please help me?
I was able to order this when it was working and it said the promotional code had worked (it signed me up for the 3 months but never charged me the .99c, had received an email stating I have until Feb 19th). It looks like the Echo’s are back in stock again but my promotional value isn’t coming off. Wondering if I’m SOL?
I think this was a glitch. Looking at my email it looks like this was suppose to expire 11/13. I think that’s why CS is not honoring it. Last time this was posted CS was very helpful.

I’m not 100% sure if that’s what happened, but hopefully it works out for you. Please keep us posted. I’ve had a lot of positive outcomes with CS so if there is another deal and it doesn’t work I would email them or call. The last time this deal was posted I wasn’t able to grab one because they sold out. But I called and the person I spoke with was helpful. I placed the order and I was refunded the credit amount. It wasn’t instant but I got the same outcome. A dot for $1 and I didn’t have to sign up for anything. Good luck 🙂
My email stated this as well, but the next sentence after that says credit expires November 30, 2018. It still worked for me!
