Does anyone have this? Not enough reviews to tell the quality of it.

    • Momof4boys

I have it and the quality is great! Very heavy but works great

      • CateM

I bought mine last year. So far so good.

I have the 5 quart. I use 1-2 a week. No chips after 3 years.

I have this in two sizes. Sadly, mine haven’t held up well. I have had them for about a year and the enamel has chipped on both, resulting in rusty spots, and the inside coating has fine cracks like you see in old china. I still use them (they were expensive!) but they are not pretty.

Does anyone know how to submit a rebate for this item when the one they sent isn’t in a retail box, just a plain brown box inside the shipping box?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, maybe try giving the rebate center a call to see if they can offer any additional details – 888-976-8104. Hoping that helps!

Thanks, no human available on the phone system.

Oh darn. You’re welcome, Jen. Maybe try clicking through the rebate link above and then scroll down to click on the rebate center link. There you can click on “contact us” in the top right corner of the page and a chat box should be listed at the top. Hoping that works better for you!
