When shopping keep the selection at mail to your home, then when you go to checkout you will see at top of the app the offer. At that point change to pickup in store. This is general advice. I could never figure out why sometimes I would get the offer and other times not. Only works once a day though.

I am new to the $5 pick up in store. The policy says $5 for pick up is for one customer per day. The “ per day “ is the day of purchase or the day I pick up?

I did two separate orders on two different days. So two transactions. I thought I would get $5 for each transaction. But I picked them both up on the same day and only received one $5. Not sure if that’s always the case, but I hope this information helps.
I had that happen so I reached out to customer service and they credited my account 100 reward points.
I ordered online for in store pickup at 2 different kohls locations. Some patterns weren’t available in my local store. I was hoping to get at least $5 kohls cash for in store pickup but got nothing. So I’m not sure if there are additional requirements to get the $5 kohls cash. I often order online for in store pickup and I’ve only ever gotten the $5 kohls cash on 2 occassions.

Danielle I think that Kohls is trying to reduce shipping costs. What has worked for me is that I select ship to home always at first. When I go to the pay section than the offer for the $5 appears to pick up at the store. Once you have the offer switch to store pickup and checkout. Don’t back and shop some more or offer disappears. Don’t set to store pickup initially or app won’t give you the offer. Let the app persuade you to switch over so to speak. Also you get the $5 only after pickup. Read the emails very carefully because it appears at the bottom of the email so it is very hard sometimes to tell that you have gotten the $5. This approach has worked like a charm for me. Hope it helps you.
There also seems to be a minimum order total. I don’t think it’s listed anywhere. And I don’t know if it’s based off the regular price or sale price. But I’ve noticed that it seems to be around the $40 mark.

The $40 minimum actually makes sense, my orders today were $36 and change. My last ship to store order was just over $40 and I got the $5 kohls cash then. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Are these big enough to cover a twin bed?
They’re 50″ by 60″. We use them on twin beds.
In the site, the spec. says “60 x 72 inches”. I believe they are bigger and ordered 🙂

Aggh I bought all mine (teacher’s gifts done!) before I saw the homedeal10! Meanwhile usually ebates pops up all those coupons and I didn’t have it in my app so not sure what happened but still got for $7.67 which is cheaper than the black friday price!
Just remember that if you choose in store pickup, your item(s) may get cancelled if it sells out in your store before they fulfill your order. They will not give you the option to have it shipped if it’s in stock online, they just go ahead & cancel it. I had this happen to me last time on the cuddl dud throws, it was very frustrating. My store is still showing a particular style available online & it isn’t! I’m just going to have stuff like this shipped from now on so I don’t miss out on a particular style.

I know what you mean. I’ve had it happen a few times to me and usually I’m offered $5 in Kohls cash in the email telling me they can’t fulfill it. If it happens and you don’t get the offer (look carefully in the email cancellation) call and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Anyone notice they’re thinner this year?
I got the animal one pictured last year—- its nice but quality is nowhere near as good as the “big one plush” i got 1 or 2 yrs prior.. its a good deal but ross and sams have just as good- if not better for good prices as well. Sometime $6-$8 at ross. I think i’ll ck there first.

I finally purchased one of these the other day after seeing years of rave reviews here on Hip2Save, but I honestly wasn’t that thrilled. They seem cheap and thin to me. Costco has much plusher options at a comparable cost.
I agree! I bought some as gifts online and they arrived all wadded up not rolled up like the picture. They look used so i couldn’t use them as gifts. I contacted customer service and they sent me another batch of terrible blankets. Will not buy again very cheap and thin

I picked up the blanket and matching pillows today. Total was $16ish. I got my $5 for picking up in store. It was sent to my email after I picked it up. Hope this helps.

I have been chatting with a representative through a customer service link at the bottom of the pick up e mail receipt. It is a live chat i do in store after getting the reciept without the $5 kohls cash. They happily credit me the $5 either in points or as a credit to my purchase. I got 2 the big one blankets for $9.69 with the $5 credit applied with my in store pick up. There is no $40 minimum, it is just not generating like it should. Just ask via the live chat or survey and they will take care of you! I hope this helps…after all it is $5!
