I got two confirmations from Game Stop (had two orders) but never received an email confirmation so I called my credit card company and they told me there were no charges from Game Stop so the orders never went through! SO frustrating. However, I was able to buy it at Best Buy but with no additional gift card. 🙁
My payment with PayPal says pending …. no idea if my order actually went through or not. Frustrating.

My order went through on GameStop, but I don’t have an order confirmation nor do I have anything in my order history. I paid with PayPal, so it’s not letting me look up my order, and I never wrote down the order number. Crud!!! Hopefully it went through.

Did anyone else who ordered the Gamestop $299 Nintendo Switch w/ Mario Kart and $50 GC bundle get an e-mail saying it was an error and they were only getting the regular Switch with $50 GC, but were also including a $60 credit to purchase the game? If it was an error, why was it advertised days in advance, and then available to purchase all day on their website??? I received the e-mail this afternoon, but when I tried to buy the game with the credit, it doesn’t work. Been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone. So frustrated with GameStop!!!
I just got the same email about an hour ago too but have not tried to use the promo code to purchase the game. I actually realized after I purchased the bundle that my son wanted Super Smash Mario and not Mario Cart Deluxe so I was going to purchase that game instead since the email said it can be used on any game ($60 or less). I will be so upset it it does not work for me too because their customer service takes forever! Good Luck!
