I did this deal at Target on Sunday and bought the Boursin for $1.50 each. Worked great! We add this to our mashed potatoes. 🙂
I like that idea! I will try that. I flatten chicken breasts, cut in strips, put Boursin between 2 pieces, wrap in prosciutto and sauté. Some Boursin comes out and makes a pan sauce. I serve chicken and sauce over smashed potatoes. Looks fancy but super easy.
