  Yes, but it’s not as good as Alexa in my opinion. My cousin has it and she loves it. It plans out her whole day. Reminds her to walk her dogs and gives her recipes.

  Yes! We love ours! So much so that we have it in multiple rooms! It connects to your phone too. I love how I can ask it what’s going on from my personal calendar, the weather, random info, and I can tell it to play random things from Netflix and it just pops on the tv!

   In my opinion Google Home is better than Alexa. I had the echo dot and replaced it for google home mini now in multiple rooms. Biggest difference is with Alexa you have to “teach skills” which is like downloading apps. Google home works just like google does. Ask it anything and it searches the answer. No “pre-teaching” required. Only thing it doesn’t do is I can’t ask it about the status of my Amazon orders or reorder automatically from Amazon. But I didn’t do that much anyway because I always liked to check prices first. Just my experience.

   Can someone tell me what chromecast is and they’re thoughts? We don’t have cable so I’m wondering if this would be good to watch football games?

  Hi Meranda,

  Chromecast allows you to cast your computer screen to your television as well as certain apps from your phone (Hulu, SlingTV, CBS All Access, YouTube, etc.). I love it and use it all the time to watch football games through my SlingTV app.
