Even though I have 6 pair of Birkenstock Madrid sandals, I can always use another. They fit and feel like Birks but are so much more stylish! Just about all I wear in summer.
I ordered a pair a month ago and they sent me a totally different pair of kids in a different style and color. I contacted them and they will not ship my correct pair ordered till they receive the incorrect pair back. I will need to figure that out- no info was sent with the original order – they said the would email a label but do not see the email. Be careful if you order and want for the Holidays. I am emailing them back again.
We ordered Berks from Proozy a few weeks ago for a xmas gift and found the size was wrong. They refused to return for a refund and said it was “Final Sale” as such no where did it indicate a final sale online or on the invoice. While we fight the charge just note proozy may have good prices…but to return something…they suck like a Dyson.
