Got my Samsung Powerbot last Christmas. After a few months it quit and had a code that was unable to clear. Called technical several times. Useless. Had to send it to NY. Got it back and now it runs into everything. New code says left wheel has obstruction-my daughter and I took apart per online instructions and still can’t get full access to wheel. It’s running again. Also my Samsung refrigerator ice maker has been a constant problem. No more Samsung for us.
