My L’Oreal Cartwheel offers say that they are only available for in-store usage; not valid for order pickup, drive up, or delivery.
My Cartwheels specifically state “Offer valid in store and online with Order Pickup and Drive Up” but they do not appear to be working at this time. 🙁 I just updated the post to avoid any confusion. Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing on your Cartwheels!

can’t you use the $2 Face coupon on the Lumi Highlighter? Or is that not a ‘face’ item?
