We need a new stainless steel fridge. However, the reviews are horrible on this one 🙁

  2. Kayla

We own this one. The terrible reviews are correct. 🙁

Oh bummer! SO sorry to hear that, Kayla! Thanks for the honest comment! 🙁

I replaced all of the appliances in my condo with Frigidaire and my refrigerator broke after 2 months. They eventually replaced the whole thing. If I were you, I’d spend just a little extra money and get something that last a little longer.

Looking for a new washer/dryer- any good deals out there?

I used to have a fridge that looked eerily similar to this one on the inside, but I’m not sure of the model number. (It was already in my house when I bought it.) The only thing it was good for was being a health hazard. Stay far, far away from both Frigidaire & Maytag. I’ve had horrible experiences with both models.

I’ve owned this model refrigerator for three months- bought it as a garage fridge. I’ve cream is soupy, bread is not frozen… terrible quality. Frigidaire customer service is terrible- perhaps the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t buy it.

I was waiting to see what others would say in comments before I slammed this brand! We bought a side by side Frigidaire black model in Feb. of this year and it has been a horrible experience from day one. My husband wanted the pricier Kenmore SS one but I refused to pay the price for a brand that may not be able to be serviced in the future die to Sears closings. I am sorry we didn’t buy that one now. Terrible customer service and the most annoying fridge I have ever owned. It just makes loud noises every time it runs, so not good for a kitchen next to the family room where you watch TV. Company will not do anything about it since it still cools and makes ice! I was told that all brands are not built to last and to buy the cheapest thing by the service guy who tried to fix our Whirlpool that came with our house! Isn’t that terrible? I figured this model here may not be bad (in a basement or garage?) since it looks bare bones and not much to break down. I’d not buy this one but others may get lucky and not get a lemon. If I have to buy another fridge, I will buy from a local family owned place here that backs what they sell. Good luck!

I must be lucky then. We bought this fridge for our house built in 2004 and haven’t had any problems with it for over 14 years. I don’t think it stainless steel though (probably some cheap imitation of stainless steel).
