Does anyone know if this offer can be used in a Target Starbucks? I have a 10% Cartwheel as well and was hoping to combine.
I’ve done the Happy Hour at my local Target just fine. But I’m really not sure about CW? I’ve never had a CW overlap Happy Hour before.
I’ve done the half off happy hour at Target without any problem, but not the BOGO. You could always try.

I don’t drink coffee but I love their frappuccinos! I just make sure to ask for cream-based when I order.
