For this deal to work you must by the tube in the blister pack. My store was out of these so I bought the tube in the box and was charged full price with no Balance rewards points. I will be returning them.
Hmm, when checking the details of the offer I still find these to qualify. Were you able to speak with the store manager?
Same happened to me. The associate verified that they do not ring up at BOGO 50% off and checked the ad for details, of which there were none. It will be a return for me also because I got those in a box thinking I would at least get the bonus points.
Also happened to me. Went to another Walgreens only to find they had only one of the needed product so no buy one get one 50% off. They did offer 25% off one but no bonus points. Did get refund on the two boxed full price items. May try again this weekend.

Tip for Walgreens shoppers. When not sure try in the app first to see if you get the points. You do not have to complete the sale to see estimated points or see if a coupon is attached to an item. This has saved me a lot of time and frustration. Also if something goes wrong at the store and you don’t get the points and the store manager doesn’t help call corporate. Corporate has been pretty good about helping to me.
