I got it to work once. Ordered one thing that I wanted in a hurry and went back to see if I wanted anything else. Must have been a glitch that they noticed and fixed when they got the increased traffic from here. Hopefully they don’t cancel my order. 🙁 I still spent $6 after the $5 off.

I put in an order early this morning. I had to be very patient as the site kept crashing, but I did eventually get the order through and EXTRA5 took off $5 and I haven’t received any email saying it was canceled. Keeping my fingers crossed that the order won’t be canceled!!!!
FYI – I ordered the exact items that are showing in stock back on 11/9. I never received them, and then was told after I followed up that the items were out of stock. Buyer beware.
I placed an order for bath bombs over the weekend when they were $1 with free shipping and the package just arrived today.
I had the same exact thing happen. They still have not refunded me and I have not received the order. I’ve spoken with customer service 4 times now :/
