I created grandparents their own account with their email address. Then you can do the deals, set their address and preferred store. They get a notification in their email that the order is ready for pickup. Works perfectly!

I always go to TJ Max for frames they are super cheap. I also picked up a nice one from Walmart for $2.44 for one of those free 4×6 photos from Walgreens the other day.
Dollar tree has a large variety of 8by10
Dollar tree also had 11×14 to fit the posters that Hip2save shared the day before
You can try goodwill and get awesome huge, quality frames with terribly ugly pictures. Just replace the outdated pictures with your own. You can always paint them too! I just got a THICK wooden 16×20 frame that would have been costly elsewhere but at goodwill, its affordable.
If there is AC moore, they have good prices on basic frames. With coupons, they are so much cheaper than joann or hobby lobby. Dollar tree and walmart ones (cheapest basicn ones) were flimsy for me. Michaels have decent deals often as well

My home store doesn’t do photo book and calendar etc,and I am not very happy with my home store’s quality, I don’t know was it because they were free? My other store, on the other hand, does all the photo products and quality always great.
