NFL shop is super slow to ship and painful to work with. I’ve resisted ordering from them even if things are a good deal due the slowness and un-helpfullness of customer service.
Ive heard the same. Gf of mine ordered a jersey, when received it was defective so they made her send in originalnbefore they would send a replacement out to her
A month later theynclaimed they never received the original . She was out $100.
