I have Verizon and I see where I can sign up for the Verizon up but can anyone tell me what it is? Like what does it do to my account? Do you pay for it?
It’s just an automatic reward system. You don’t have to do anything. At the end of each billing cycle you get credits depending on your bill. There’s lots of good stuff like Starbucks and target and Amazon cards. Completely free!

There is a $10 device dollar reward for a credit, but if you scroll down a little bit further, you should see where it says “It’s seven days of holiday rewards”. The free $10 of any accessory is under it.
Scroll down further and you’ll see the rewards that do not need a credit 🙂

Does anyone know if you can access Verizon up rewards through the website or is it only on the app?
Only the app. My husband’s phone is the only one that the app works on because he is the account holder. He is always traveling so it makes it hard to get these.
Google how to make yourself able to redeem them as well, I think you have to go into his account and make yourself an account holder. I did it because my husband was also our account holder, and now I can snag these.

Add yourself as an acct manager. I think you need a pin (used when you orinally set up the acct) & your husband’s last 4 digits SSN.

Nothing but a Speck GrabTab or phone belt pouch for $9.99 for me. The accessories u see somewhat depend on the phone u have, such as phone cases.
I am able to grab the special free deals, but not the regular monthly ones since my husband is the primary. Verizon refuses to make me an account manager even though my husband has tried to authorize this several times. It’s all a big pain in the rear, LOL.
Off topic, but I received the following email last week from coke rewards, but not the promised email with the actual reward. Anyone else have the same thing?

Is anyone else having trouble with the Verizon Wireless App? Every time I click on “Verizon Up” it gives me an error message. It has done this for the last 2 days.
Mine has had the error message for 3 days???
Is the error “Oops something went wrong”. Mine has always done that because I wasn’t an Account Manager but thanks to some Hip2savers Leah and Regina it now works for me (see their comments above)
