I’ve had a ShopRunner since 2011 (apparently….just looked up my account…and no credit card is attached so I know I haven’t been charged). It also says that my membership expires in 2020. I think I have used it twice. lol
I had an active membership, but it expired in April. I have tried to add another year through these offers, but it just tells me I already have an account? Any tips for extending as others have? Thanks in advance!! 🙂

Check if your American Express card is qualified for a free membership. I had just the regular Amex in the past (and now the everyday blue Amex from Costco years ago) and never paid a penny for many years. And it says I have a lifetime membership as long as I keep the Amex card.
I have a shoprunner account expiring in Jan 2019. When I click the above link and log in my account, my membership is cancelled! I re-open a browser, click the link and log in again. This time it reactivated my membership. Totally had no clue what had happened but I’m happy to have a membership till Dec 2019.
Thanks for the tip, this worked for me. When I first tried the link above it said I already had an account. I logged into my account saw that my membership had expired, logged out of my account and tried the link again. It worked – I now have membership until 12/14/19.

I had to cancel my account, which expired on December 31 anyway. I logged out and then went back to the link in this article and logged back in and it set my new expiration date as December 14, 2019.

So I don’t use this membership much but after reading the comments I just wanted to check when my membership was expiring & it says Lifetime membership 🤔
Does that means it never expires?
I did the same thing, logged in to see when my membership expires and mine also says “Lifetime Membership”.
I have a Shoprunner account that says it expired in April too but I have been able to use it since then with a Vera Bradley order so I don’t know what is going on there.
i signed up for a free six month trial years ago, have never paid or put a card on file, and still get free shipping. use it all the time across many sites
FYI- I bought something about 2 years ago from NY &Co. as a gift with Shoprunner. I had to return as it was damaged. The store would not take it back. I had to ship it back through Shoprunner. Was a pain!
really? i have never had a problem returning things that i bought thru shoprunner’s shipping. not same store but Boston Store had no problems.
I just did what you did since mine also expired 12/31/18. It wouldn’t give me free shipping 😭. Only offered was to buy for $79

Still ACTIVE! Thanks so much for this post. My 1yr Free (from a previous special) ShopRunner account had expired. However, ShopRunner reactivated my account in November thru December 31st. Based on Allison’s above post I was hoping the same was going to work for, but it didn’t. So, I logged into my account today, it was canceled. Logged out. Logged back in using above link with current email and password. Although, it’s for ‘Create Account’. Went through the steps of categories and stores… Went to ‘My Acct’ it was ‘Active’ thru 1/3/2020.
