I just purchased this in Mansfield, Ohio. I did NOT receive a register reward, I questioned it and they said they know nothing about it. Maybe it is regional?

It is in both my local print ad and the Walgreens app. The cashiers don’t always know what is supposed to print out. If you can show them in the ad, the manager in my store will either add Balance reward points to my account or give me a gift card. It is best to catch it at the time but I would call corporate and just see if they won’t give you balance reward points to make it up to you.
