I read somewhere else that using “Prime” is a little misleading for this and it’s more along the lines of a standard beef roast.
Yes. There are 3 USDA grades. Prime, choice and select. These are most likely choice since that’s what most grocery stores sell. Real “prime” is usually found at meat markets or higher end grocery stores. Make friends with the butchers! They will always answer questions!
I bought one last year when they had a similar sale. It was really yummy!

I just found it at $5.99 /lb, it was called ribeye roast instead of prime rib but the number listed in the cartwheel was the same

You need a smartphone to download the target app. But another way is to go online to your target account, add your cartwheel offer and print your barcode. Then at the store have them scan the barcode you printed

If your Target doesn’t carry these, Safeway/Albertsons has a good deal on Roasts right now. You get the best deal if you buy 100 dollars in groceries, i think 4.99/lb for bone in.
I checked what was in stock for all locations locally from brick seek. They are coming up $9.99/lb. will target honor the sale price listed here at $7.99 then I can use the cartwheel??
